Face Typeface Film is part of the Face Typeface project, centered on a Hangeul typeface inspired by human facial expressions. By layering graphic image experiments over familiar faces from my surroundings and unfamiliar faces found in found footage, the film unfolds the relationship between faces and letterforms.

얼굴체 필름은 인간의 얼굴 표정에서 영감을 받은 한글 서체 얼굴체(Face Typeface)를 중심으로 전개된 ‘얼굴체 프로젝트’의 일부로, 주변의 익숙한 얼굴과 파운드 푸티지 속 낯선 얼굴들 위에 그래픽적 이미지 실험을 겹치며 얼굴과 문자 형태 사이의 관계를 풀어낸 영상 작업이다.
